    All images on this site were made by myself unless I have stated otherwise. I have used SOME tubes from tube sites, however, most are my own creation. Any resemblance to other graphics on the net is co-incidental

    How do you make your graphics?

    The vast majority of my graphics are painstakingly drawn from scratch, simply using my mouse. Some are then enhanced with tubes (pre drawn images or photographs that overlay my images). I use Paint Shop Pro to create the graphics and I have a range of associated plugins within this program to help me create some of the special effects. I like to try and be a bit different and create images that are not so apparent on other sites (in other words I'm not as good and just click lots within PSP and hope for the best!!! LOL)

    Can I make any changes to the graphics?

    If you mean by changes: cropping, adding images and text (other than to the blank button provided with the websets) animating images, mixing and matching the sets, re-colouring and re-sizing then the answer is usually no! However, in the case of the websets, if you make them look better, or they fit on your site more easily, then go ahead. Please use the graphics as found on this site if the alterations means they look worse :0). PLEASE do not add your own text to my graphic gifts, unless you know what you are doing. Many of them are transparent gifs and will lose their transparency if you do so!! If, however, they are jpegs or you know what you are doing, then go ahead! Many of the adoptable gifts have little logos with them. You are completely free to add your own text to these (please bear in mind I want my graphics to be used responsibly, so no dodgy business ta very much!!!)

    Do I have to use all the items in the webset?

    No, not if you don't require them, just take the ones you need. All I ask is that each set uses the graphics that were
    intended to be used with it and not mixed. They wouldn't look too good anyhow!

    Do I have to use the exact layout for the triple backgrounds used on your site for my webset?

    Again, no. In the case of triple backgrounds, if you want to use the first two tiles vice versa, go ahead!

    Can I use the set on any site that is intended for profit?

    Sorry, but no. The websets are intended for use only on non-profit making personal sites. If you wish to use a set on a commercial site, please email me first!

    Can I use your sets on adult orientated sites?

    No! All sets must be used on sites which are suitable for FAMILY viewing only.

    Can I use your graphics in emails?

    My graphics are primarily designed to decorate websites. I'd prefer them to stay that way and not be used as email stationery. Nor should samples be sent through email groups, claimed as your own or offered for download on your own site. I'm well aware that people do use my graphics to decorate their emails, so if you really must do this, please state where the graphic came from. Please feel free to simply link to this site instead of using the graphics.

    Do I have to add your link banner to the site I make?

    Yes please! It's fairly unobtrusive and each set comes with it's own co-ordinating banner for asthetic purposes.

    Do I have to add your link banner on purchaseware sets?

    Yes! The sets for purchase include many more items than the linkware ones and take time to make. Purchased sets will be taken down once bought and will not be used again unless I am notified that the set is no longer in use. Therefore, you will have sole use. The copyright remains the property of Louise's Lodge however. Items not included as standard will be charged extra.

    Do you make custom websets?

    Yes! Customized websets differ from purchaseware sets. A link back is not required for these, but would be nice! Custom websets are made to your specifications and will not be placed within Louise's Lodge, again you will have sole use, and personalized heading (website name)and up to 12 extra link buttons and a personalised banner. The main difference is you will decide the general layout, colours and images used. I can use your own artwork or photos if you wish. NB. I will NOT use the artwork of others to create your set in case I breach any copyrights.
