Access the WAP section on your phone.
The way I do that on my Nokia 3200 is as follows.
Click "services", click "go to address" type in the address (EXACTLY AS IN THE TEXT BOX UNDERNEATH THE IMAGE YOU REQUIRE)
Click "ok" It will tell you when the image has been received. Click "save". Save it in your images or graphics folder and then you can set it as wallpaper!
